Hunter donates PPE to the frontline.

During this period of uncertainty with Covid 19, frontline NHS staff have never faced such a huge crisis in trying to protect their patients while trying to keep themselves safe also.  The need for PPE is great and trying to source it is proving a very difficult task for those organisations.  Hunter has donated 100 sets of scrubs to The Children’s Hospital Northern Ireland in order to help protect those who are protecting our children.  Our CEO has donated these free of charge and has said

“We are pleased to donate these items to the frontline in Northern Ireland”.

A big thank-you to Hunter staff on the factory floor for turning these around quickly so they could get to the NHS staff in the Children’s hospital who vitally need the PPE.  Below are a few photos of the garments being manufactured in our Derry ~ Londonderry factory.

The Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children is the only hospital in Northern Ireland dedicated specifically to the care of children.  It has 107 beds, and provides general hospital care for children living in Belfast, as well as providing most of the paediatric regional specialities for children throughout Northern Ireland.

A massive thank-you from all the team @ Hunters for the amazing work you are doing. #keepsafe
